Dear Marty,

I am sending you this letter in hopes that it may be of some benefit to you and to let you know hom much I appreciate your help.

In the Spring of 2009 my mother was very ill and the economy was terrible. I was in a bind because I needed to sell her home to pay her healthcare bills. I did my homework and decided that Marty Kimsey was the best agent in town.
